I remember totally burning myself out within the first year of my business. I knew I wanted it to thrive, but I didn't quite know how to make that happen, so I had absolutely no boundaries with work and said yes to everything while trying all the things behind the scenes.

It totally consumed me and eventually I felt almost as if I had fallen down a deep hole - how was I supposed to get myself out? So that's how Beyond Burnout was born. Curated for my own personal experience with burnout and my experience as a yoga teacher (twice over). Beyond Burnout is filled with prompts, journal entries, strategies, a planner, and mindfulness/mindset work.

Spoiler alert, eventually I was able to get myself out of that hole, but it took a lot of intentional mindset switches and adding simple strategies throughout my day so that I didn't need to be up in the wee hours of the morning on my computer typing away.
