Are you falling asleep with to-do list items dancing through your head instead of sheep?

Between your business, daily life items, keeping your household moving & grooving, and spending time with your people - you're flat out drained and burnt out.

There doesn't seem to ever be enough minutes in the day to tackle everything which leaves you wide awake at night running through the things you still need to get done, and over-scheduling and overpromising the next day leaving you in a constant state of stress.

That was me when I first started my business. All that got me was a feeling of dread every morning when I was supposed to start working on my "dream business". I realized things needed to change, or I would be so burnt out it would lead me straight back to a cubicle - something I was passionate about avoiding the rest of my life.

So, I put my twice over yoga teacher training knowledge and experience to good use, and made some changes rooted in sustainable growth and longevity. I knew I needed to make changes both for myself and for my business, so I started incorporating mindfulness, mindset shifts and sustainable strategy and that's when my business started to really feel like that dream business I had been longing for all those years while I sat in my windowless office cubicle.
